How does Broadway Broadband Work?

Broadway Broadband is a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP). We provide high-speed internet service to our customers by broadcasting wireless signals through our advanced network of communications towers. When our experienced technicians arrive to perform your installation, they will install a small wireless antenna at your home that is capable of receiving our signal from miles away! Even if you can't get DSL or cable internet, Broadway Broadband can still provide your family with fast, reliable, and inexpensive internet service.


What areas do you cover?

We currently offer service in Northern Kokomo, Walton, Young America, Galveston, Onward, Lucerne, Twelve Mile, France Park, and the surrounding rural areas. If you are not located in these areas, keep checking back as we are rapidly expanding our coverage!


Do you provide television services?

Yes we do! We offer Dish Network and DirecTV service and installation through our sister company, ABC Hi-Def Communications. Contact us for more information, we can install your tv and internet at the same time!


My internet is not working, what should I do?

If you are having trouble with your internet, the first thing to do is power cycle your router by unplugging its power cord for 10 seconds then plugging it back in, then reboot your computer. If this doesn't work, contact us or send your message through our site and we'll send a technician out as soon as possible!


How can I pay my bill online?

We offer secure online bill payment through Paypal. Just click the "Pay Now" button on the Customer page to be redirected to our secure payment site. Enter the dollar amount of your bill that you want to pay and click the "update" link just below the amount, then enter all of your payment information. If you have a existing Paypal account, you can use it to sign in, or you can just sign in as a paypal guest.


I received more than one bill, which one should I pay?

If you have received a duplicate bill, please contact our billing department here or give us a call at 1-888-620-3322 and we'll correct it for you.


What is Broadway Broadband's Acceptable Use Policy?

By using Broadway Broadband's internet service, you are agreeing to the terms of our Acceptable Use Policy, which can be viewed here.
